Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Lima Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lima beans, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
