Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Diced Chicken
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, diced chicken, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is great for using up leftover rice and vegetables. Feel free to substitute with your favorite ingredients.
