Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, ground beef mixture, beef broth, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
