onion, chopped

diced tomatoes

mixed vegetables, drained

cream of mushroom soup
(10.5 oz)

shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs for extra flavor.
