Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite spices or herbs for extra flavor.
