Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced squash fresh
  • 1 cup shredded cheese gluten-free
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup milk any kind
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced squash, shredded cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
