Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until they are soft and translucent.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and French fried onions.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
