Ingredients:

  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, making sure they are well coated.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
