Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, and cream of mushroom soup.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
