Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach, bell pepper, and onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
