Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 3 large Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam cauliflower and carrots until tender.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  • Combine cauliflower, carrots, and cheese sauce in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or peas.
