Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Pork sausages
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 400 grams Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large casserole dish, brown the sausages over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same dish, add the sliced onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
  • Return the sausages to the dish, cover, and transfer to the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes:

Serve with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
