Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large casserole dish, brown the sausages over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
In the same dish, add the sliced onion and cook until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and paprika. Bring to a simmer.
Return the sausages to the dish, cover, and transfer to the oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
