Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Turkey tenderloins
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the turkey tenderloins in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the breaded turkey tenderloins in a baking dish.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk. Pour this mixture over the turkey.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
