Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bratwurst
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  • Add chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the cabbage and onion mixture to a baking dish. Place bratwurst on top.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until bratwurst is fully cooked and cabbage is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
