  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 10.5 oz can
  • 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables thawed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and thawed mixed vegetables.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. Feel free to add some cheese on top before baking if you like.
