Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bag Corn chips crushed
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer the crushed corn chips, seasoned beef, and shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with sour cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce before serving.

Feel free to add any other taco toppings you like!
