Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • Add shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  • Combine cooked macaroni, vegetables, and cheese sauce in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or spinach.
