In a large bowl, mix the vegan cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the vegan cheese.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle the remaining vegan cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
