Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced turkey kielbasa, cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen peas, milk, and cream of mushroom soup.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
