Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Tater Tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. Feel free to add other veggies like corn or green beans.
