Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream until well combined.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and French fried onions on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and onions are crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
