Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides.
  • Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Place the pork chops in a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing over the pork chops.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Notes:

For a crunchy topping, sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the stuffing before baking.
