Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides.
Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
Place the pork chops in a baking dish. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
Spoon the prepared stuffing over the pork chops.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes:
For a crunchy topping, sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the stuffing before baking.
