Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Add the chopped spinach, cubed bread, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
You can prepare this the night before and bake it in the morning.
