Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 6 slices bread cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the chopped spinach, cubed bread, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can prepare this the night before and bake it in the morning.
