black beans
drained and rinsed

corn
drained

cup
salsa
1
cup
shredded cheese
Mexican blend

packet
taco seasoning
1
cup
sour cream
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, and salsa.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Spread the sour cream over the top of the mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add any additional toppings like chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or sliced jalapeños.
