Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
