Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops fresh
  • 1 cup white wine dry
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese Parmesan or Gruyere
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine scallops, white wine, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  • Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of green salad or steamed vegetables.
