Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine scallops, white wine, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
