Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Layer the biscuit dough quarters in a greased baking dish.
Spread cooked sausage over the biscuit dough.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
