Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough cut into quarters
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer the biscuit dough quarters in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread cooked sausage over the biscuit dough.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
