Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Mexican blend
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of rice or tortilla chips.
