Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, salsa, black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of rice or tortilla chips.
