Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the meat sauce, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese, and then half of the shredded mozzarella. Repeat the layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
