Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add some cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
