Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked bacon bits for extra flavor.
