  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chopped kale to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the kale mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
