Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions.
  • Add tater tots and gently mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
