Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and green onions.
Add tater tots and gently mix until evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
