Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread cut into cubes
  • 1/2 lb Salami sliced
  • 1/2 lb Ham sliced
  • 1/2 lb Pepperoni sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Banana peppers sliced

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed Italian bread, salami, ham, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian seasoning. Pour this mixture over the bread and meat mixture, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with sliced banana peppers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a potluck. Feel free to add other favorite sub ingredients like olives or onions.
