Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed Italian bread, salami, ham, pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian seasoning. Pour this mixture over the bread and meat mixture, and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with sliced banana peppers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
