Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ham, cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or carrots for extra flavor and nutrition.
