Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 3 cups egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ham, cooked egg noodles, frozen peas, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the ham and noodle mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
