Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef and broccoli with the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
