Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked beef and broccoli with the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
