Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed gluten-free bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
