Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gluten-free bread cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and place the cubed gluten-free bread in it.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can prepare this casserole the night before and bake it in the morning for a quick and easy breakfast.
