Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well to combine.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, black beans, and shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can top the casserole with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and green onions if desired.
