Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Velveeta and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then the beef mixture, and top with remaining Doritos.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
