Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 package Doritos crushed
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Velveeta and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is well combined.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then the beef mixture, and top with remaining Doritos.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
