Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Top with crushed tortilla chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite taco toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
