Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chilies to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Top with crushed tortilla chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
