Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package instructions and spread it evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
