Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cooked potatoes and crumbled bacon to the bowl, and mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra kick, add some chopped green onions on top before serving.
