Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir to combine.
In a baking dish, layer the cooked cauliflower, ground beef mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the heavy cream evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
