Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the beef. Stir to combine.
  • In a baking dish, layer the cooked cauliflower, ground beef mixture, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the heavy cream evenly over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
