Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and press it down evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a leaner option.
