Ingredients:

  • 1 large butternut squash peeled and cubed
  • 2 apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine butternut squash, apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until squash is tender.
