Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with refrigerated biscuits.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
