Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add beef tips and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the beef mixture to a casserole dish. Add uncooked rice and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for extra flavor and nutrition.
