  • 4 bananas ripe and sliced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Layer the sliced bananas in a baking dish.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the bananas.
  • Drizzle the melted butter on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This banana casserole is best served warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat!
