Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer the sliced zucchini in a baking dish.
  • Pour the tomato sauce over the zucchini.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
