Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, chopped vegetables, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with vegan mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add any of your favorite pizza toppings to this casserole.
