Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
Stir in the canned tomatoes, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In a casserole dish, layer the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
Pour the beef mixture over the potatoes, spreading it evenly.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
